Special election set to fill District 124 House seat

AUGUSTA – A special election for the Maine House District 124 seat has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, 2019.  This House seat, which covers parts of Bangor and Orono, was previously held by Rep. Aaron Frey of Bangor, who declined to take the oath of office after his re-election, having been elected by the Legislature to the position of attorney general, on Dec. 5, 2018.
